Converga UK
Converga UK are a division of the NZ-based Datamail (Datam) Group an ISO 9001 organisation, and owned by the New Zealand post office. It is one of the largest solutions providers for paperless accounts payable in Australasia, the company is also responsible for scanning over 1 million documents each month in their dedicated capture centres at 6 major sites.
The UK business model is different, as capture is performed by (UK-based) Converga Accredited Capture Centres, such as Capital Capture, who are audited each year to ensure they are in line with the high standards set by Converga. Converga also has the ability to interface with almost any CRM software or in-house system, and has also had proven success interfacing with SAP, Oracle and other large system providers.
Converga is positioned as a niche player, which it believes is a clear reflection of its focus on paperless accounts payable (PAP), procure to pay (P2P) and archive solutions designed to provide productivity and agility to not only SME's and corporate business, but also the public sector.
