A 4 hour visit/8 hour fix option for you when you need a faster service
Active 3:
In the event that your scanner hardware is not operational within an agreed period of time (typically 4 or 8 hours), loan equipment of equivalent or higher specification will be supplied until your hardware repairs are complete.
Active 4U:
If you require a 24hr support or disaster recovery service, we can tailor a package to suit your specific needs.
